We at Boutique on Feet pride ourselves on our excellent customer service! We want our customers to be happy with our service and merchandise. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: boutiqueonfeet@gmail.com, and we will promptly email you complete instructions for returns or exchanges.
For returns, the following rules apply:

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Money will be refunded via PayPal and credited directly back to your credit card.

If your return is after the 10 day full refund grace period no need to worry. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to receive full credit (less shipping) in the form of a store credit.

All CLEARANCE merchandise is FINAL SALE - no returns.
