What is your return policy? TOP
We of course want our customers to be happy with our service and merchandise. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: boutiqueonfeet@gmail.com, and we will promptly email you complete instructions for returns or exchanges.
For returns, the following rules apply:

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Money will be refunded via PayPal.

If you return your merchandise after the 10-day grace period, we will issue you a store credit.
Where do you get your products? TOP We research and shop the most current trends from the LA and New York market. How do your sizes run? TOP
Our sizes are a junior - missy fit.
They typically run as follows:
- Small (2-4)
- Medium (4-6)
- Large (9-10)
- X-Large (14)
How do your promotions work? TOP
We love to offer specials for our customers!
If you wish to receive special promotions and specials, please email us and we will add you to our mailing list. If you have a promotion code, there will be a special box where you can type the code when checking out.
The promotion and/or discounted will be applied to your cart. When can I expect to receive my merchandise? TOP
In most cases, items will be shipped out the following day and you should receive your merchandise in 3-5 days or your purchase date. How did Boutique on Feet get its fun name? TOP
When people first see our name, they automatically think we sell shoes. This however, is not the case. We are two ladies who also happen to be best friends and moms of boys.
We started Boutique on Feet with simply, handbags. We thought, "Wouldn't it be fun to host a party with our friends and have our handbags available to shop!" Well, that idea grew in to . . ."Why not offer more fun girlie merchandise so ladies can shop in their own homes, among friends?!"
That is when we decided to have a business that allows busy ladies to shop current trends right from their own home or office. Our parties were and continue to be a success around North Carolina.
We launched our website about a year ago, so we can bring our unique fashion, handbags, and accessories to ladies all over!
How much do you charge for shipping? TOP To make it easy, we simply charge a flat $5.00 shipping rate for all purchases. Do I need a Pay Pal account in order to make a purchase? TOP
No! We use paypal as a secure way to check out using one of your major credit cards. If you do have a Pay Pal account, you can log in to your account to pay.
However, if you DO NOT have Pay Pal, you can click on the left hand side of the Pay Pal screen (which you will be lead to when checking out) where you will be able to enter your credit card information in a secure manner.
How does the Gift Registry/Wishlist work? TOP
We are very excited about this new feature! What a great way to make the hubby, family or friends aware of gifts you would love to receive for any occasion!
It's simple! Click on the "Gift Registry" tab on the left hand side of our website. Click on "Set Up Your Own Registry". Enter your information along with a user name and password and click "Register". In order for anyone to search and view your registry by "Your Name" your registry must be set to "Public". If you would like your registry to be set to "Private" you may click "View Link" at the bottom of your registry page and copy and paste that link into an email.
To add items to your list simply open product and click "Add to Registry".
